2. Accuracy & Authenticity of Content
Dua Mood relies exclusively on Holy Quran verses and authentic Hadith books (Sahih al-Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Sunan Abi Dawud, Jami' at-Tirmidhi, Sunan Ibn Majah, Sunan an-Nasa'i, Musnad Ahmad, Sahih Ibn Hibban) with strict commitment to transmitting the original texts without changes. Explanations and context are derived from approved commentaries (such as Tafsir Ibn Kathir, Tafsir al-Sa'di, Fath al-Bari, and Sharh al-Nawawi). While we strive for accuracy, users are encouraged to refer to official scripture resources for scholastic purposes.
3. Subscriptions, Payments & Auto-Renewals
Dua Mood offers a limited free version and premium paid features through the Premium Subscription. Premium subscriptions are billed on a weekly or yearly basis (prices may vary slightly by region and local currency as displayed in your respective App Store or Google Play account).
- Billing & Charges: Payment will be charged to your iTunes/Apple ID Account or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
- Management & Cancellation: You can manage, cancel, or turn off auto-renewal of your subscription anytime by visiting your iTunes/Apple ID or Google Play Account settings after purchase. Deleting or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
- Restoration of Purchases: You can restore your active purchases and premium access on any compatible device using the "Restore Purchase" option in the settings panel of the app.
4. End User License Agreement (EULA) - Apple Mandated Terms
By downloading or using the application, you agree to the following terms concluded with the Developer:
- Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that this agreement is concluded between you and the Developer only, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. The Developer is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content.
- Scope of License: The license granted to you for the application is limited to a non-transferable license to use the app on any Apple-branded or Android-compatible products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service or Google Play Terms of Service.
- Maintenance and Support: The Developer is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the application. You acknowledge that Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the app.
- Warranty: The Developer is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple or Google, and they will refund the purchase price for the app (where applicable). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple and Google will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app.
- Product Claims: You acknowledge that the Developer, not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app or your possession and/or use, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
- Third Party Intellectual Property Claims: You acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that the app or your possession and use of the app infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the Developer, not Apple or Google, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
- Legal Compliance: You must represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

- Third Party Terms of Agreement: You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the application (for example, your wireless data service contract).
- Third Party Beneficiary: You acknowledge and agree that Apple, Google, and their subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement, and that, upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple and Google will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
شروط الاستخدام واتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي (EULA) - العربية
1. إخلاء المسؤولية والتوجيه الإيماني
تطبيق دعاء مود يقدم محتوى مخصصاً للدعم المعنوي، والتحفيز الروحي والإيماني فقط. لا يُعد هذا التطبيق بديلاً عن الاستشارات الطبية أو النفسية المهنية أو العلاج النفسي المتخصص. إذا كنت تعاني من أعراض اكتئاب حاد، أو قلق مرضي، أو أي عوارض صحية أخرى، يرجى استشارة طبيب أو معالج تخصصي مؤهل فوراً.
2. دقة ومصداقية المحتوى
يعتمد التطبيق حصرياً على آيات القرآن الكريم والأحاديث النبوية الشريفة من مصادرها الموثوقة المعتمدة (بما في ذلك صحيح البخاري، صحيح مسلم، سنن أبي داود، سنن الترمذي، سنن ابن ماجه، سنن النسائي، مسند أحمد، وصحيح ابن حبان)، مع الالتزام التام بنقل النصوص الأصلية دون تغيير. يتم استخلاص الشرح والسياق من التفاسير والشروح المعتمدة (مثل تفسير ابن كثير، تفسير السعدي، فتح الباري، وشرح النووي). على الرغم من سعينا الدائم للدقة المطلقة، نشجع المستخدمين على الرجوع للمصادر والكتب الرسمية للتحقق العلمي والأكاديمي عند الحاجة.
3. الاشتراكات والمدفوعات والتجديد التلقائي
يوفر التطبيق نسخة مجانية وميزات إضافية كاملة عبر الاشتراك الممتاز (Premium Subscription). تبلغ تكلفة الاشتراكات الممتازة على أساس أسبوعي أو سنوي (قد تختلف الأسعار قليلاً حسب بلد الإقامة والعملة المحلية كما هو معروض في متجر التطبيقات الخاص بك):
- الفوترة والخصم: يتم خصم قيمة الاشتراك من حساب Apple ID / iTunes أو حساب Google Play الخاص بك فور تأكيد عملية الشراء.
- التجديد التلقائي: يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائياً بنفس السعر والمدة المحددين ما لم يتم إيقاف خاصية التجديد التلقائي قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية فترة الاشتراك الحالية.
- رسوم التجديد: سيتم خصم رسوم التجديد من حسابك خلال 24 ساعة قبل نهاية الفترة الحالية وفقاً للخطة المحددة.
- إدارة وإلغاء الاشتراك: يمكنك إدارة اشتراكك أو إلغاؤه وإيقاف التجديد التلقائي في أي وقت عبر الذهاب إلى إعدادات حساب Apple ID أو Google Play الخاص بك بعد الشراء. إلغاء تثبيت أو حذف التطبيق من جهازك لا يلغي اشتراكك تلقائياً.
- استعادة المشتريات: يمكنك استعادة مشترياتك النشطة والوصول للميزات الممتازة على أي جهاز متوافق عبر الضغط على خيار "استعادة المشتريات" الموجود في صفحة الإعدادات داخل التطبيق.
4. اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي (EULA) - شروط آبل وجوجل الإلزامية
بتحميلك للتطبيق أو استخدامه، فإنك توافق على البنود التالية المبرمة بينك وبين مطور التطبيق:
- الإقرار بالمسؤولية: تقر بأن هذه الاتفاقية مبرمة بينك وبين مطور التطبيق فقط، وليس مع شركة Apple Inc. أو Google LLC. المطور هو المسؤول الوحيد عن التطبيق المرخص ومحتوياته.
- نطاق الترخيص: الترخيص الممنوح لك لاستخدام التطبيق يقتصر على ترخيص غير قابل للتحويل للاستخدام على أي من أجهزة Apple أو Android التي تمتلكها أو تتحكم فيها، وبما تسمح به قواعد الاستخدام الواردة في شروط خدمة App Store أو شروط خدمة Google Play.
- الصيانة والدعم: المطور هو المسؤول الوحيد عن تقديم خدمات الصيانة والدعم للتطبيق. وتقر بأن شركتي آبل وجوجل لا تلتزمان بتقديم أي خدمات صيانة أو دعم بخصوص التطبيق.
- الضمان: المطور هو المسؤول الوحيد عن أي ضمانات للمنتج، سواء كانت صريحة أو ضمنية بموجب القانون. في حال عدم توافق التطبيق مع أي ضمان ساري، يمكنك إخطار آبل أو جوجل لاسترداد قيمة الشراء (إن وجد)، وإلى الحد الأقصى الذي يسمح به القانون، لن تلتزم آبل أو جوجل بأي مسؤولية ضمان أخرى تجاه التطبيق.
- مطالبات المنتج: المطور، وليس آبل أو جوجل، هو المسؤول عن معالجة أي مطالبات تتعلق بالتطبيق أو حيازتك واستخدامك له، بما في ذلك: (1) المطالبة بالمسؤولية عن المنتج، (2) أي ادعاء بعدم مطابقة التطبيق للمتطلبات القانونية أو التنظيمية، (3) أي مطالبات بموجب قوانين حماية المستهلك.
- حقوق الملكية الفكرية للغير: في حال ادعاء أي طرف ثالث بأن التطبيق أو حيازتك له تنتهك حقوق الملكية الفكرية الخاصة به، فإن المطور (وليس آبل أو جوجل) هو المسؤول الوحيد عن التحقيق، والدفاع، وتسوية هذا الادعاء.
- الامتثال القانوني: يجب أن تقر وتضمن بأنك (1) لا تقيم في بلد خاضع لحظر تفرضه حكومة الولايات المتحدة، أو تصنفه حكومة الولايات المتحدة كبلد "داعم للإرهاب"، (2) غير مدرج في أي قائمة حكومية أمريكية للأطراف المحظورة أو المقيدة.

- الطرف المستفيد من الاتفاقية: تقر وتوافق على أن شركتي Apple و Google والشركات التابعة لهما هما طرف مستفيد من هذه الاتفاقية، وبمجرد قبولك لهذه الشروط، سيكون لشركتي آبل وجوجل الحق (وسيتم اعتبارهما قد قبلتا هذا الحق) في إنفاذ هذه الاتفاقية ضدك بصفتهم أطرافاً مستفيدة.
