Dua Mood is built on a policy of absolute privacy. No personal authentication, login, or registration is required to use the core features of the application. All personal data you enter—including your emotions, mood logs, personal notes, custom favorites, and historical selections—is stored exclusively and securely within your device's local memory (using standard LocalStorage). The application developers do not have access to, collect, store, transmit, or view any of this private information. Your data remains fully under your control on your physical device.
We offer a free version of the application alongside premium paid features available via weekly and yearly subscriptions. We do not collect, process, or store any financial or payment information (such as credit card numbers or billing addresses). All subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled entirely and securely by the third-party platform stores:
These platforms provide us with an anonymous subscription token/receipt to verify your premium access status, which is never linked to your personal identity.
The use of Artificial Intelligence (such as Google Gemini) is limited to the pre-curation, contextual categorizing, and tailoring of content during application development, as well as optimizing the user interface. It is NOT used to generate Duas dynamically or during your usage of the app. All Duas are sourced directly from the Holy Quran and authentic, verified Hadith books (including Sahih al-Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Sunan Abi Dawud, Jami' at-Tirmidhi, Sunan Ibn Majah, Sunan an-Nasa'i, Musnad Ahmad, and Sahih Ibn Hibban). No sensitive inputs, emotions, notes, or identifiers are transmitted to third-party AI services.
If you choose to enable spiritual reminders and notification alerts, we request system-level permission to send alerts. We utilize reliable messaging services (such as Firebase Cloud Messaging or Apple Push Notification Service) to dispatch notifications securely. These services may utilize unique, anonymous device identifiers or temporary tokens to route push notifications. These identifiers do not contain personal data and are not used for tracking or profiling purposes.
Because your data is stored locally on your device, you have the absolute right to modify or delete it at any time. You can clear your mood logs, favorites, and history directly in the app's settings. You can also permanently wipe all data by clearing the app's storage/cache in your device settings or by uninstalling the application. Once deleted, your local data cannot be recovered by us.
Our services do not collect any personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently received any anonymous device information from a child, please contact us immediately.
We reserve the right to update our Privacy Policy to reflect app updates or regulatory changes. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

يعتمد تطبيق دعاء مود على سياسة صارمة تضمن الخصوصية المطلقة لمستخدميه. لا يتطلب التطبيق أي عملية تسجيل دخول، مصادقة شخصية، أو إنشاء حساب للوصول للميزات الأساسية. جميع البيانات الشخصية التي تقوم بإدخالها (بما في ذلك سجلات مشاعرك، الملاحظات اليومية، تفضيلات الأدعية، والتاريخ) يتم تخزينها حصرياً وبشكل آمن داخل الذاكرة المحلية لجهازك (LocalStorage). لا يملك مطورو التطبيق أي وسيلة للوصول إلى هذه البيانات، أو جمعها، أو نقلها، أو عرضها. تظل بياناتك بالكامل تحت تصرفك وتحت سيطرتك المطلقة على جهازك الشخصي.

عند تفعيلك لخاصية التنبيهات والأذكار اليومية، يطلب التطبيق إذناً من نظام التشغيل لإرسال الإشعارات. نحن نستخدم خدمات إرسال آمنة وموثوقة (مثل Firebase Cloud Messaging أو Apple Push Notification Service) لتوصيل هذه التنبيهات. قد تستخدم هذه الخدمات معرّفات أجهزة مؤقتة أو رموزاً مجهلة لتوجيه الرسائل لجهازك بشكل صحيح، ولكنها لا تتضمن جمع أو تتبع أي معلومات شخصية تحدد هويتك أو نشاطك.
بما أن جميع بياناتك مخزنة محلياً على جهازك، فلديك الحق الكامل والمطلق في تعديلها أو حذفها في أي وقت. يمكنك مسح سجل مشاعرك ومفضلتك بالكامل مباشرة من إعدادات التطبيق. كما يمكنك محو كافة البيانات بشكل نهائي عبر مسح ذاكرة التخزين المؤقت والبيانات الخاصة بالتطبيق من إعدادات نظام التشغيل لجهازك، أو عبر إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق بالكامل. بمجرد القيام بذلك، تختفي سجلاتك فوراً ولا يمكن استعادتها من قبلنا.
لا يجمع التطبيق أي معلومات شخصية من الأطفال. إذا كنت تعتقد أننا تلقينا عن غير قصد أي معرّف جهاز مجهول يعود لطفل، يرجى التواصل معنا فوراً لحذفه.
نحتفظ بالحق في تحديث سياسة الخصوصية هذه لمواكبة التحديثات الفنية أو المتطلبات القانونية ومتاجر التطبيقات. سيتم نشر أي تغييرات على هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" في الأعلى.
